3rd double page spread analysis

Like every other double page spread before it, the main dominant image is on the first page, the pull quote is in a huge font to lure the reader into being interested in the article, the strap line reveals what will be mentioned in this article such as "style, celebrity culture and the death of a rock star". From the drop capital these two paragraphs reveal who they are interviewing and what he is mostly known for. Then the article continues in a much smaller font as it expects the reader to be engaged in the article.

Unlike the other DPS I have analysed, this one is an interview. The way it is structured is it has a question in a white box and bigger font size. This can be used for a reader who is interested and is a fan of this musician and has wanted to know a certain answer from them like "what defines a rock star?" they can easily see a question on the page as the white box stands out on the grey, colourless page, then look at the text beneath it and find out what their answer is.

These DPS deconstructions have helped me understand how they are structured for the reader and what conventions they commonly use. I will consider using these when making my double page article in the near future.
